Please note:  Your registration is NOT CONFIRMED nor added to our system until a payment option is selected and you receive a confirmation of registration email!  After payment has been processed, you will receive an additional email of payment confirmation with hotel details.

If you have not received the first registration confirmation email sent to the email entered below, your registration was not processed.  Please call our office with questions at (573) 659-1234. 

NOTE:  Registrations may not be cancelled after November 5, 2014, or two weeks before the conference.  Cancellations may be made prior to the November 5th date but will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee.  Registrations are transferrable and organizations are welcome to send someone in the place of the original registrant.  Please inform the Excellence in Missouri Foundation staff regarding any of these replacements to ensure we have accurate materials available for our attendees.  Thank you.

SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS: In order for the conference catering staff to accommodate any special dietary needs, you are required to send any special meal requests to contact.us@excellenceinmo.org NO LATER THAN one week prior to the beginning of the conference (Nov. 12).  If we do not receive prior dietary needs notification, we cannot promise that your meal requests can be handled during the conference so it is important you contact us at the email above at the time of your registration.  Thank you for your help to ensure we can accommodate your needs!
